Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase or receipt
Due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or consumed supplement products. Any product that has been opened, partially used, tampered with, or consumed is non-returnable and non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong product
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used supplements
- Consumable products
- Personalized or custom products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, or normal wear
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:
- Return the eligible unopened product
- Place a new order separately once the return is approved
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
However, under EU consumer protection laws, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once opened. Therefore, opened supplement products are not eligible for return or refund.
Returned items must still be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Additional Policy Information
We reserve the right to limit or refuse refunds in cases of:
